Why did Maryland have a waiver?
Maryland had a waiver earlier 2017. Why did Maryland take a waiver in the beginning place? Well, that is a proficient question. A federal waiver that exempted Maryland from having to written report key safety metrics at a national level that prevented Leapfrog from collecting the information at a national level.
